IT Support Administrator - UP TO $2500 - TANJONG PAGAR

IT Support Administrator maximum 2,500
salary: Max 2.5k
HOURS OF WORK 9.00am – 6.00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
Location: tahjong pagar
Responsibilities
• Handle helpdesk requests, follow-up and update of status
• Provide assistance to enforce IT security policies
• Administer User account permissions/documentations
• Track and record of company IT assets such as desktops, servers, printers, digital CCTVs, networks, broadband devices, etc
• Deploy, manage and troubleshoot Windows based desktops
• Perform minor hardware repairs and upgrades for computer equipments/peripherals
• Coordinate with vendors on the repair/maintenance of equipment & software
• Document end-user guidelines in standard documentation (FAQs)
Requirements
• ITE / Diploma graduates with relevant technical qualifications
• Technically competent in Microsoft Windows XP/7 & server 2003/2008R2 Domain environment
• At least 1-2 years relevant working experience in end-user support, installation, upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing PCs in an office network environment
• Possess good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with non-technical users.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications
• Possess Certified Cisco Network knowledge and hand on experience an advantage
• Able to analyze and troubleshoot with attention to details
